Call to Host an International Semantic Web Conference

There is a formal procedure for an academic institute or consortium to apply to host an International Semantic Web Conference.

If you are interested, please

1. Read the Conference Guide for detailed information.
2. Fill out and submit the Statement of Interest.
3. Pre-selected submissions will then be asked to submit the complete Application Form and the Budget Template.

We hold a Conference once a year. The status of the next Conferences is as follows:

ISWC2010. This will take place in Shanghai on 7-11 Nov, 2010.

ISWC 2011. The bidding process for hosting ISWC 2011 is now open, in accordance with the following timetable:

• January 10^th, 2010. Deadline for receiving statements of interest.
• January 30^th, 2010. Notifications to shortlisted bids are sent.
• March 30^th, 2010. Formal applications received from shortlisted bids.
• April 20^th, 2010. SWSA decides on location for 2011 Conference.

ISWC 2012. We expect to send out a call for bids for hosting ISWC 2012 in spring 2010.
